Development, Performance and Prospect of Natural Ester Insulating Oil

  • 摘要: 天然酯绝缘油兼具了环保、消防安全两大优势,是当前变压器绝缘油研究与应用的热点. 本文中简要回顾了绝缘油及天然酯绝缘油的技术以及国内外行业标准的发展进程;介绍了天然酯用作变压器绝缘油的黏度、倾点、水含量、酸值和氧化安定性等理化性能,以及材料相容性、电气绝缘指标、气体溶解和绝缘纸板特性等电气性能,分析了天然酯绝缘油的各项性能优势及存在的问题;展望了天然酯的发展前景并对后续的研究方向提出了建议.

     

    Abstract: Natural ester insulating oil, with advantages of environmental protection and fire safety, is a recent hot topic as transformer insulating oil for both research and application. This paper introduces insulating oils and natural ester, reviews the technical development and international industrial standards of natural ester insulating oil. Evaluation is made regarding physical and chemical properties (viscosity, pour point, water content, acid number, oxidation stability), electrical properties (material compatibility, dielectrical property, oil dissolved gases, Kraft paper), and advantages of natural ester and its technical problems and commercial barriers. In the end, prospect of natural ester as transformer insulating oil and further directions of research are discussed.
