  • 摘要: 发电机和电动机是最普遍使用的动力设备之一,电机轴承润滑脂是保证电机稳定、高效运转的关键,电机轴承在轴电流作用下润滑脂性能退化,会导致轴承失效. 作者在本文中介绍了电机轴承轴电流的产生和危害,同时对电机轴承润滑脂性能和作用进行了分析, 重点介绍了如何防止和抑制轴电流对轴承的损伤,并指出电机轴承润滑脂需要解决的问题和未来发展的趋势.

     

    Abstract: Generator and motor are one of the most commonly used power equipment. Motor bearing grease is the key to ensure the stable and efficient operation of motor. Under the action of shaft current, the performance of motor bearing grease deteriorates, which will lead to bearing failure. This paper introduces the generation and harm of motor bearing shaft current, and analyzes the performance and function of motor bearing grease. This paper focuses on how to prevent and suppress the damage of the bearing caused by the shaft current, and points out the problems that need to be solved and the future development trend of the motor bearing grease.
