固体润滑剂摩擦学特性的强化试验装置

The Fortified Device for Tribological Properties Testing of Solid Lubricants

  • 摘要: 作者对原有四球机进行了局部的重新设计,将试样的点接触形式改成了面接触形式,并且增加了冷却系统,使下试样下部浸在循环冷却液中相对滑动,有效地抑制了高速重载强化试验条件下的摩擦温升。特殊的设计保证了平面与平面接触的充分贴合。试验结果表明,本装置对于不同的试样具有较好的灵敏性,对于相同的试样具有较好的重现性,因而试验结果比较可靠。

     

    Abstract: According to the "temperature criterion" of modeling test, the constancy of temperature of sample should be basically kept as the load and linear velocity increase. Because of the low heat conductivity of solid lubricants, controlling temperature raising is the key for fortified test. The fortified test device for solid lubricants must meet the following re-quirments: a. The load and linear velocity can be selected in a larger range; b. The plane contact form of sample is adoptted; The sample temperature can be controlled during the test. The authors improved the original design of the four-ball tester by changing the point contact form into plane contact and adding a cooling system, so the lower part of lower sample could be immersed in a cyclic cooling liquid during relative sliding, therefore the temperature raising problem was effictively solved under high-speed and heavy load. The test results showed that this kind of device has good sensitivity and repeatability for different samples.
