橡胶磨损花纹裂纹角的分形计算法

Fractal Method to Compute the Crack Angle of Abrasive Pattern of Rubber

  • 摘要: 在考察橡胶磨损花纹裂纹角与橡胶磨损表面分形维数关系的基础上,提出了用分形计算橡胶磨粒磨损的磨损花纹裂纹角的新方法,发现丁苯橡胶和丁腈橡胶磨损花纹的裂纹角在不稳定磨损阶段基本保持不变,而在稳定磨损阶段则随法向载荷的增大而减小.

     

    Abstract: The crack angle of the abrasive pattern of rubber is closely related with the abrasive pattern generation and wear mechanisms of rubber. Thus it is of great importance to determine the crack angle of the abrasive pattern of rubber. Based on the relation between the fractal dimension of worn surface of rubber and the crack angle of the abrasive pattern, a fractal method to determine the crack angle has been established. It has been found that the crack angle in unsteady state of rubber abrasion for styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and nitrile rubber (NBR) is almost unchanged; however, that in steady state decreases with normal load increasing.
