用外加电压控制摩擦力的机理与技术Ⅱ.外加电压对摩擦力影响的研究

  • 摘要: 在球-盘式摩擦磨损试验机上,对34种金属摩擦副在干摩擦和5种电气状态下的摩擦行为作了试验研究,其中由金属Fe,Co,Ni,Ti,Cr和Cu分别组成的10种摩擦副的试验结果表明:在摩擦副回路电流调零和开路状态下,10种摩擦副的摩擦力均比其它电气状态下的小,尤其调零状态下的更小;在短路状态下,Ni/Cu和Ni/Fe这2种摩擦副的摩擦力均比其它8种摩擦副的大,而这8种摩擦副的摩擦力大多都与外加大电流状态下的基本相当.由此可见:施加与金属摩擦副自生电势相等而方向相反的外加电压,可以阻止接触界面的电子流动而降低摩擦力;金属摩擦副摩擦力受自生电势、对摩金属的相溶性及其晶格点阵型式的综合影响

     

    Abstract: On a ball disc type friction test rig,the effects of electric states on friction force have been studied under dry friction condition for 34 kinds of friction pairs composed by Fe,Co,Ni,Ti,Cr and Cu etc alternately.The results show that under open circuit or zero current regulation state.The friction force of 10 kinds of pairs is smaller than that of these pairs under any other electric states ,especially under the zero current regulation state, under which the self generated voltage is conteracted by applied voltage,the friction force is the smallest.When the electric circuit is closed,the friction force for Ni/Cu and Ni/Fe is bigger than that of any other pairs.For any other 8 kinds of friction pairs,the friction force is almost in the same level with that under big current state.It is concluded that the electron flow between the contact surfaces can be prevented and the friction force can be decreased by applying a conteracted electric voltage to the self generated voltage of the friction pairs.And the friction forces of metallic friction pairs are influenced by self generated voltage,the compatibility of metals and their lattice structures.
