硅酸钠缓蚀液润滑下氮化硅—灰铸铁磨损表面膜的形成机理研究

Investigation on the Formation of a Tribofilm in Si 3N 4 Gray Iron Sliding Pair Lubricated with Na 2SiO 3 Inhibited Solution

  • 摘要: 通过摩擦磨损试验,发现氮化硅与灰铸铁配副在硅酸钠缓蚀液润滑下,氮化硅磨损表面由于发生摩擦化学反应而变得超光滑;灰铸铁磨损表面则经历局部表面膜的反复形成与剥落过程,最终形成一支含硅胶,硅酸盐和石墨的表面膜,表面膜的形成使灰铸铁磨损表面光滑化。超光滑的氮化硅表面与光滑的灰铸铁表面的润滑条件下表现出优异的摩擦学性能。

     

    Abstract: During the friction and wear test at various sliding distances, Si 3N 4 worn surface changed from rough to smooth gradually. At the same time, a tribofilm formed on the worn surface of gray iron and experienced repeated absorption and spalling process.The tribofilm on the worn surface of gray iron became smooth as well.The sliding pair of ultrasmooth Si 3N 4 against smooth gray iron under lubrication of Na 2SiO 3 H 2O showed very low friction coefficient and wear.
