油气条件下供油时间对弹流润滑性能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Oil Supply Time on Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Performance under Oil-Air Condition

  • 摘要: 采用油气发生器,通过润滑剂厚度测量试验,建立了表面油层随供油时间变化关系.基于点接触乏油润滑模型和滚道表面油膜衰减模型研究了不同速度、载荷和表面粗糙度条件下自由表面油层厚度对润滑性能的影响.结果表明油气润滑条件下建立充分供油条件所需时间基本不随工况条件而变化,存在最佳供油时间和供油间隔.

     

    Abstract: The relationship between oil layer thickness on surface and supply time was established by conducting oil layer measurement experiments on an oil-air generator. Then, the effects of oil layer thickness on lubrication performance were investigated based on point-contact starved lubrication model and oil layer thickness decay model under different speeds, loads and surface roughness. The results show that the time to fully flooded condition was independent on operating conditions under oil-air condition. Oil supply time and oil supply interval for establishment of effective lubrication can be optimized.
