Research Progress of Orthodontic Friction

  • 摘要: 正畸矫治是使用有效力使牙齿产生生理性的移动. 一旦弓丝与托槽之间出现相对滑动的趋势时,摩擦力就会产生. 如何减少弓丝与托槽间的摩擦力,提高轻力矫治的有效性是目前正畸矫治需要克服的难点. 本文中阐述了口腔正畸摩擦力产生的力学基础,分析了影响正畸摩擦力的相关因素,对口腔正畸摩擦相关研究进展进行了综述分析.

     

    Abstract: Orthodontic treatment is the process of physiological movement of the teeth under the using of effective force. The sliding of the arch wire along the braces or the braces along the arch wire will produce static friction or sliding friction force. Reducing the friction between the archwire and the bracket and improving the effectiveness of the light force treatment are the two challenging issues for orthodontic treatment at present. This paper expounds the mechanical basis of the orthodontic friction force, analyzes the influencing factors of the orthodontic friction force, and summarizes the related research progress of orthodontic friction.
