11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo系统摩擦副材料磨损行为的研究

Study on Wear Behavior of Friction Pair Materials in 11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo System

  • 摘要: 研究了干摩擦状态下11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo系统摩擦副材料的摩擦磨损性能和磨损机理。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和摩擦磨损试验进行分析,结果表明:干摩擦120 min后,11Mo4Cr2V材料的比磨损量小,仅为2.096?10-15kg?m-1?N-1,材料的耐磨性能较好;摩擦系统中2种摩擦副材料的比磨损量非常接近,匹配效果很好;11Mo4Cr2V材料的磨损机理为磨粒磨损和黏着磨损的共同作用,42CrMo材料的磨损机理以磨粒磨损为主,伴随轻微的黏着磨损;42CrMo对偶材料的硬度高于11Mo4Cr2V材料的硬度,因此磨损程度较低。

     

    Abstract: Wear-resisting property and wear mechanisms of the friction pair materials in 11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo system under dry friction condition were studied by metallography, SEM, EDS techniques and wear test. The results show that, after 120 min dry friction, wear ratio of the 11Mo4Cr2V material was very low (2.096?10-15kg?m-1?N-1). This kind of material had good wear-resisting property. On the other hand, the friction pair materials in 11Mo4Cr2V/42CrMo system had good match capability. Wear mechanisms of the 11Mo4Cr2V material were abrasive wear-off and adhesive wear-off, adhesive wear-off. The 42CrMo material, wear mechanisms of which were abrasive wear-off and slight adhesive wear-off, had lower wear degree than the 11Mo4Cr2V material because of its high hardness.
