  • 摘要: 基于离散数学理论和计算机技术提出了平底从动件凸轮机构系统磨损及可靠性寿命的数值仿真模型,引入了位置矢量和磨损步长的概念,使连续的磨损过程离散化,对凸轮的磨损寿命及其可靠度进行了预测,并对从动件的运动规律进行了动态跟踪.结果表明,复杂的磨损过程可用数值法进行模拟仿真,从而摆脱了传统的仅依赖实验的相关研究方法,通过一系列离散性准静态模型解决了经典微积分数学方法无法解决的动态和非线性磨损问题.所建立的方法具有良好的工程应用前景.

     

    Abstract: Based on the discrete mathematics and computer technology, a numerical simulation model of a rubbing pair system of cam plat-bottomed follower was presented. By introducing the concepts of position vector and wear step, the continuous wear process was discreted, which made it possible to predict the wear life and reliability of the cam and the dynamic simulation of the movement law of the follower. It was found that the complex wear process could be simulated by the present numerical method, which made it feasible to get rid of disadvantages of the traditional research method only relying on experiments. By establishing a series of discrete quasi static models, the dynamic non-linear wear problem that could not be solved by the classical calculus was resolved. Thus the present numerical method could find good prospects in practical engineering application.
