摩擦系数对钛合金等通道转角挤压影响的有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Influence of Friction Coefficient on Equal Channel Angular Extrusion of Titanium Alloy

  • 摘要: 以Ti-6Al-4V钛合金高温变形行为研究为基础,建立了等通道转角挤压(ECAE)的三维模型,运用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件模拟了600 ℃等温条件下不同摩擦系数对Ti-6Al-4V合金ECAE过程中的温度场,等效应力,等效应变以及等效应变率的影响。结果表明:核心高温区以及核心应力区主要集中于转角处;随着摩擦系数增大,核心高温区面积增大,转角入口区的应力也有所增加;点迹跟踪结果表明各点应变均在经过转角处达到最大值,内角点及外角点处的变形较不稳定。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on the high temperature deformation behavior of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, the equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE)3D model has been set up. Effect of the different friction coefficient on the temperature,effective stress, effective strain and the effective strain rate have been studied in isothermal condition at 600°C. The study shows that the high temperature and high-stress zone mainly concentrated on in the corner. With the increase of friction coefficient, the area of high temperature zone and the stress at the inlet of the corner increased; point trace tracking result shows that the strain reached the maximum at the corner and the deformation is not stable at the location of exterior angle and interior angle.
