Tribological Behaviors of Zinc Dialkyl Phosphate as a Lubricant Additive

  • 摘要: 合成了二烷基磷酸锌(ZDP),采用四球摩擦试验机对其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究,同时研究了ZDP与有机胺进行复配后的摩擦磨损性能.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了磨损表面的微观形貌,采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了摩擦表面典型元素的化学状态.结果表明:ZDP作为润滑油添加剂与二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)相比,表现出低摩擦高磨损的性能;ZDP与有机胺复配之后表现出优异的摩擦磨损性能,其原因是由于复配之后在摩擦表面形成了复杂的含有N、P等元素的摩擦化学反应膜,同时提高了摩擦表面P元素的含量进而起到了降低摩擦磨损的作用.

     

    Abstract: Zinc dialkyl phosphate (ZDP) was synthesized and its anti-wear properties as an additive in PAO were performed by using a four-ball tribometer. The morphologies and element analysis of the worn steel surfaces were investgated using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. ZDP exhibited lower friction coefficient but larger wear scar diameters compared to ZDDP. Tribological properties can be improved by using composite additive of ZDP and amine due to the formation of elements P and N containing tribo-film. The phosphorus content of the tribo-film was higher in comparison with that without amine.
