Reasonable Combination of Surface Coatings with Substrate Materials under Different Service Conditions

  • 摘要: 本文研究了化学沉积Ni-P涂层和电弧蒸发沉积TiN涂层在微动疲劳条件下与不同基材相配合时的微动疲劳特性。结果表明,Ni-P涂层可以提高中、低强度钢2Cr13和35CrMo的微动疲劳寿命,但却降低了高强度钢60Si2Mn的微动疲劳寿命,而400C返晶处理的Ni-P涂层不能提高材料的微动疲劳强度;TiN涂层降低了35CrMo和60Si2Mn的微动疲劳强度,认为这是它们的硬度相差太大的结果。
