Microstructure and Phase Structure Analysis of a Self Lubrication Ni Base Alloy

  • 摘要: 为了进一步优化研制的含硫高温自润滑镍基合金的综合性能,以将其应用于新型高效热引擎和推进系统为目的,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子探针和X射线衍射仪等,对一种铸态的含硫高温自润滑镍基合金的显微组织和相结构进行了分析.结果表明:这种合金主要由以合金元素Fe,Co,Cr和Mo等固溶强化的镍基固溶体基体相、硫化物相Cr3S4和复合碳化物相(Mo0.9Cr0.1)2C所组成,具有三元共晶组织特征的显微组织;这种合金的摩擦磨损性能良好,但因Cr3S4多呈粗大网状分布,故其强度和冲击韧性都比较差.这为通过调整合金的成分和制备工艺,或采用适当的热处理及后加工工艺改善合金的性能提供了科学依据

     

    Abstract: In order to give priority to the improvement of the synthetic properties of S containing high temperature self lubrication Ni base alloy,and use this alloy for new high effective heat engine and advanced promotion system. The microstructure and phase structure of a S containing high temperature self lubrication Ni base alloy was analized using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscope(SEM), electron probe and X ray diffraction. This alloy is consisted of Ni base sosoloid containing elements Fe, Co, Cr and Mo, sulfide Cr 3S 4 and carbide (Mo 0.9 Cr 0.1 ) 2C.As the Cr 3S 4 is in large network distribution, the strength and impact toughness of this alloy is weaker, even the tribological property is fairly good.The performance of this alloy can be improved by means of adjusting the composition , preparation technique, heat treatment and processing.
