聚乙烯亚胺和聚对磺酸钠苯乙烯分子沉积超薄膜的制备及其摩擦学性能研究

Preparation and Investigation of the Tribological Behavior of Poly(ethylenimine) and Poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)Molecular Deposition Composite Film

  • 摘要: 制备了以聚乙烯亚胺为聚阳离子,聚对磺酸钠苯乙烯为聚阴离子的分子沉积膜,用紫外-可见分光光度计、接触角测定仪和椭圆偏振光测厚仪对所制备的超薄膜进行了表征,用DF-PM型动静摩擦系数精密测定装置考察了超薄膜的摩擦学性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜对薄膜磨痕表面形貌进行观察.结果表明,所制备的超薄复合沉积膜具有良好的耐磨性能;随着相对湿度增大,摩擦系数减小;复合沉积膜的磨损机理主要为粘着磨损.
