Abstract: According to one dimensional steady state condition, the analysis solutions of temperature distribution for PEEK pins are obtained. In connection with the two dimensional temperature distribution along axial and radial directions, the numerical solutions of the temperature distributions on PEEK pins are obtained under steady and unsteady states. The relevant analytical and numerical solutions are consistent with the experimental results under the same conditions.
