硫化锑质量分数对汽车摩擦材料性能的影响

Effect of Antimony Sulfide Content on Properties of Automotive Friction Material

  • 摘要: 通过调整摩擦材料基础配方中硫化锑的质量分数, 采用直接混合工艺制备出不同组分的摩擦材料, 对其进行了理化性能、力学性能、摩擦性能及制动噪音测试, 并用SEM、EDX和XRD对不同试样摩擦表面及磨屑进行了表征, 分析了其摩擦磨损机制. 结果表明: 适量硫化锑的加入可促进摩擦表面摩擦膜的形成, 从而提高摩擦材料摩擦系数的稳定性、降低磨损率、改善制动噪音. 当硫化锑质量分数为5%时, 试样的综合性能最佳.

     

    Abstract: By changing the content of antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) based on the basic formula, the friction materials were prepared by directly mixed process. The physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties, tribological properties and brake noise test were completed, the friction surfaces and wear debris of friction materials were observed by using scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. And the friction and wear mechanism was discussed. The results show that the formation of the friction film was promoted, the stability of friction coefficient, wear rate and the occurrence of brake noise were obviously improved by adding appropriate amount of antimony sulfide. For composite with the content of antimony sulfide of 5%, the comprehensive performance of sample was the best.
