Study on the Properties of Asbestos free Self Enhanced Frictional Material and Its Development

  • 摘要: 为了消除石棉基增强摩擦制动材料对环境和人体的危害,以α-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为活化剂,对取自粉煤灰的漂珠进行活化处理,再以其作为基础增强填料替代石棉,成功地研制出新型无石棉自增强摩擦材料.这种新材料的基本组成除增强剂漂珠外,还有树脂-橡胶粘结剂和摩擦改善剂等.检测和试用结果证明,在给定的试验条件下,与石棉增强的摩擦材料相比,这种无石棉自增强摩擦材料的摩擦学性能好,制动时间短,偶件的磨损很小,而且漂珠价廉易得,并为粉煤灰的再生利用找到了一条新途径

     

    Abstract: In order to eliminate the harmfulness of asbestos enhanced frictional material on the environment and human body,the floating pearl obtained from fly ash was activated with the activator KH 550,and the treated material was used as basic enhanced filling material instead of asbestos to develop a new asbestos free self enhanced frictional material.This new material consists of the alcohal rubber phenolic resin and frictional modifying agent,besides the floating pearl.Testing results showed that under the given conditions,this asbestos free self enhanced frictional material has the advantages of the good tribological properties, short braking time,very weak pairs , wear and easy to obtain the floating pearl over the asbestos enhanced material.This research opens a new route for making full use of fly ash.
