An Experimental Research on Self generated Potential of Ball Disc Friction Pair under Normal Pressure and Low and Middle Vacuum

  • 摘要: 对常压和中真空条件下摩擦副自生电势进行了试验研究,具体分析了自生电势的特征频率,同时运用ARMA模型对自生电势信号进行了预测分析。结果表明:金属摩擦副自生电势的特征频率随外界气压(真空度)及载荷的改变而变化;自生电势具有较好的可预测性

     

    Abstract: An experimental research on self generated potential of metal friction pair was carried out.The characteristic frequency of the potential was explored. The potential signal was predicted with ARMA (auto regressive moving average) model. It has been found that at different vacuum conditions and loads, the characteristic frequency of self generated potential was different, and the potential signal could be predicted with AR model.
