Antiwear and Friction reduction Behaviors of a Brown Ether as Lubricating Additive

  • 摘要: 合成了溴代苯并-15-冠醚,与ZDDP对比考察了其作为液体石蜡添加剂的磨工用配位化学理论解释了其边界润滑机理。结果表明,冠醚添加剂的抗磨减摩性能优于ZDDP,是一种可塑替代ZDDP的具有良好润滑性能的新型无灰润滑油添加剂。

     

    Abstract: Brominobenzene 15 crown 5 was synthesized and used as a novel lubricating additive in liquid paraffin.The antiwear and friction reduction behaviors of the synthesized additive were evaluated and compared with ZDDP on a four ball machine. The boundary lubrication mechanism was explained by coordinate theory. The results indicate that brominobenzene 15 crown 5 exhibits excellent antiwear and friction reduction properties.
