不同载荷和速度下氧化锆/不锈钢摩擦副电控摩擦行为的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Potential-Controlled Friction Behaviors of ZrO2 /Stainless Steel Pairs under Different Normal Loads and Sliding Speeds

  • 摘要: 在十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液润滑条件下,利用球盘摩擦试验机研究了滑动速度及载荷对正向?反向和开路3种电压控制模式下ZrO2 球/不锈钢盘的电控摩擦行为的影响.结果表明:在正向控制电压和开路模式下,摩擦系数均随滑动速度增加而迅速降低,但开路模式下的摩擦系数显著低于正向控制电压时的摩擦系数;而在较低的反向电压作用下,摩擦系数低于前两种控制模式下的值,并且随速度降低或载荷升高变化很小,保持了较低的摩擦系数.基于不同电压控制模式下十二烷基硫酸根阴离子在摩擦表面上的不同吸附行为对所观测到的摩擦行为进行了机理分析和解释.

     

    Abstract: Effects of sliding speed and normal load on friction behaviors of ZrO2 ball/stainless steel disc pairs Immersed in a sodium laurel sulfate solution were experimentally investigated with a ball-on-disc tribotester under three different voltage control modes,i.e.positive voltage, negative voltage and open circuit. The experiment results showed that the friction coefficient decreased with the increase in sliding speed in the cases of the positive voltage and open circuit control modes, but kept a lower value in the case of the negative voltage control mode. The mechanism of the friction behaviors was analyzed based on the differences in adsorption of the anionic laurel sulfate ions on the rubbing surfaces under the 3 different external voltage conditions.
