The Erosive Wear Behavior of Particle Reinforced Silicone Matrix Composite Coating

  • 摘要: 利用气流喷砂型试验机,对SiC和Al2O3颗粒增强的有机硅基复合材料涂层(SMCC)的冲蚀磨损行为进行了研究。发现合适的基体组成、增强体颗粒种类及含量使SMCC冲蚀率较纯有机硅树脂涂层降低了1个数量级。冲蚀表面形貌SEM分析表明:低速冲蚀时涂层冲蚀磨损机理以显微犁耕为主,并伴有显微切削;而高速冲蚀时的磨损机量主要是微裂纹的产生和扩展造成成涂层的大块剥落,并伴有微切削和微犁耕。

     

    Abstract: The erosive wear behavior of SiC and Al 2O 3 particle reinforced silicone matrix composite coatings (SMCC) was investigated on a gas blast rig. It has been found that the erosion rate of SMCC was one order of magnitude lower than that of pure silicone coating when suitable reinforcing agent, resin ratio and components were selected. The SEM pictures of the worn surface morphology indicate that the main erosive wear mechanisms of SMCC are micro ploughing and micro cutting under low velocity, that at high erosive velocity are mainly formation and propagation of micro cracks, accompanied by micro cutting and micro ploughing.
