二聚酸3—氯—2—羟基丙单酯对钢—钢摩擦副的磨损自补偿效应研究

Wear-Self-Compensation Effect of a Steel-Steel Pair by 3-Chloro-2-Hydroxy Propyl Dimmer Acid Monoester as an Additive in a Mineral Oil

  • 摘要: 在XP型销—盘摩擦磨损试验机上考察了二聚酸3—氯—2—羟基丙单酯对钢—钢摩擦副的磨损自补偿效应,用Image View数字化图像处理系统及傅立叶转换红外光谱仪观察磨损表面形貌并分析其化学特性,探讨了二聚酸3—氯—2—羟基丙单酯的磨损自补偿机理.结果表明:二聚酸3—氯—2—羟基丙单酯使钢/钢摩擦副发生负磨损,表现出优异的磨损自补偿效应;其原因在于摩擦副磨损表面形成了软质酯类聚合物保护膜
