Investigation on Anti-Wear Ability of Bionic Nonsmooth Surfaces Made by Laser Texturing

  • 摘要: 采用激光织构技术在材料表面形成4种仿生非光滑表面形态,分析了织构表面金相组织结构,考察了其抗磨性能.结果表明,材料表面经激光织构处理后形成了微细的硬质金相组织,这有利于提高表面的抗磨性能;而将这种激光表面织构技术用于仿生非光滑表面形态,可以进一步提高表面的抗磨性能;其中经激光织构处理的鳞片形非光滑表面的抗磨性能最佳。

     

    Abstract: Laser texturing technique was employed to prepare 4 kinds of bionic non-smooth morphological patterns on roll model specimens. The metallographic structures of the laser-textured surfaces were observed on a TV-photograph microscope and an optical microscope. The friction and wear behaviors of the laser-textured surfaces were investigated on an MM-200 test rig, using the untreated specimen of a smooth surface as a control. It was found that superfine and hard metallurgical structures were generated on the modified surfaces after laser texturing, which contributed to significantly increase the wear-resistance. At the same time, the bionic non-smooth morphological patterns also contributed to greatly increase the wear-resistance, and the laser-textured surface with squama non-smooth pattern had the best wear-resistance.
