液体黏性调速起动瞬态过程数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation on Transient Behavior of Hydro-Viscous Drive Speed Regulating Start

  • 摘要: 为揭示油膜挤压效应对液体黏性调速起动过程的影响,本文采用有限元素法联立求解修正瞬态雷诺方程?能量方程?润滑油黏温方程等对调速起动过程进行数值模拟研究.结果表明由于油膜在调速起动过程中逐渐减薄,挤压效应对油膜承载力产生较大的影响,但在起动过程的不同阶段其影响不同.在起动过程开始阶段,油膜挤压效应的影响较小,随着油膜的减薄,挤压效应对油膜承载力的影响越来越显著.调速起动试验验证了这一结果的正确性

     

    Abstract: To reveal the squeezing effect on hydro -viscous drive speed regulating start , by using finite element method , the modified transient Reynolds equation , energy equation and temperature -viscosity equation were solved simultaneously to simulate transient behavior of hydro -viscous drive speed regulating start The results showed that with the decrease of oil film thickness , squeezing effect had significant effect on load capacity of oil film during startup process , and the effect varied with oil film thickness During the initial stage of the startup process , squeezing effect had little effect on load capacity of oil film , but the effect became more and more prominent with decreasing of oil film thickness And it was verified by experimental results Key words : hydro -viscous drive speed regulating start , squeezing effect , modified transient Reynolds equation , oil film , load capacity
