奥氏体基体相硬度对自生质点合金钢高温耐磨性的影响

Effect of Hardness of Austenic Matrix on High Temperature Wear-resistance of Alloy Steel with in situ Hard Particle Phase

  • 摘要: 研究了在560℃下奥氏体基体相硬度对自生质点合金耐磨性的影响。结果表明,当硬质相硬度处于1750 ̄1930HV范围内,而奥氏体硬度处于180 ̄330HV范围内时,随着奥氏体基体硬度的提高自生质点合金钢的磨损大大减轻,耐磨性改善;当奥氏体硬度处于330 ̄430HV范围内时,奥氏体基体硬度对合金钢耐磨性的改善作用减弱;当奥氏体的硬度大于430HV时,奥氏体基体硬度的提高对合金钢耐磨性的改善作用消失。因
