Experimental Research on Feasible Self-repairing Conditions of Lubricating Oil With Nanometer Zinc as additive

  • 摘要: 运用均匀设计的试验方法考察了纳米锌作为自修复添加剂在HQ-1摩擦体系中的适宜自修复条件;利用SPSS统计软件对试验结果进行了回归分析,建立了自修复性能与载荷?转速?浓度和修复时间之间的数学模型,规划求解寻找适宜自修复的条件,并经过试验验证其准确性;使用粗糙度测量仪测试了修复前后试块磨痕表面状况,采用带有能谱仪(EDS)的扫描电子显微镜分析了修复前后试块磨痕的表面形貌.结果表明:所建立的回归模型可信?可行,具有显著性和统计意义,仪器测试结果与自修复效果有较好的一致性,分析结论对适宜自修复条件的确立具有指导意义.

     

    Abstract: Tribological tests were performed to evaluate the feasible self-repairing conditions of nanometer zinc as additive on a HQ-1 wear machine , making use of uniform design method. The results were regression analyzed by Windows SPSS statistics software.Thus a mathematical model was established to correlate automatic restoration capability with load, slide velocity, concentration and repairing time.Programming solver to find feasible self-repairing conditions,and tested to verify its accuracy. While the surface morphologies of the forward and after test blocks under different test conditions were observed on surface finish measuring instrument and scanning electron microscope. It is found that the regression formulae had prominence and statistical validity. Apparatus test results and self-repairing effect were in good agreement.The results of the analysis can provide useful guidelines for the establishment of feasible self-repairing conditions.
