车轮钢滚动剥离摩擦磨损特性研究

Study on Friction and Wear Properties of Wheel Steel under Rolling-Sliding Condition

  • 摘要: 在NENE-2型摩擦磨损试验机上利用往复滚动试验装置研究了不同滚滑状态下车轮钢的剥离摩擦磨损特性和碳含量对车轮钢滚动剥离磨损性能的影响.结果表明:在不同滚滑状态下摩擦副之间的摩擦力不同,平面试样的表面磨痕形貌随着不同的切向摩擦力而明显不同,随着切向摩擦力的增大滚动磨损机制亦发生改变,剥离磨损加剧且磨损深度变大,当相对滑动量增大到一定程度后,磨损表现为明显的剥层机制;碳含量对车轮钢的滚动磨损表面磨痕形貌影响显著,碳含量低时磨痕以犁沟为主,碳含量高时剥离磨损发生的概率增加.

     

    Abstract: Rolling-sliding friction and wear behavior and effect of carbon content on rolling wear of wheel steel were investigated by a reciprocating rolling test apparatus on tesion-compression hydraulic machine with a high precision. Results showed that tangential force of rolling friction pair and morphology of worn surface were distinct under different rolling-sliding conditions. Tangential force of free-rolling is smallest and wear was very slight. Wear mechanism would be changed and depth of wear and plastic deformation of material would become severely with tangential friction force increasing under rollinig-silding conditions. Fatigue wear and delamination of wheel steel become distinctly with increasing slippage of rolling friction pair. Influence of carbon content on wear behavior and hardness of wheel steel was very obvious. Abrasion was dominated when carbon content was low and spalling may occur with carbon content increasing.
