Sliding Wear Behavior of Plasma Sprayed Ni Cr B Si Coating at High Temperature

  • 摘要: 研究了Ni-Cr-B-Si合金粉末等离子喷涂层的高温滑动磨损特性,并与5CrNiMo钢进行对比。结果表明,由于磨损机制不同,在相同温度下涂层的磨损率比5CrNiMo钢低得多。涂层的磨损机制在500-550℃之间主要为塑性变形,550℃以上则表现为粘着磨损和硬质相脱落。
