丁氧基二硫代碳酸-S-乙酸酯类化合物的合成、表征和摩擦学性能初步研究

Synthesis, Characterization and Tribological Properties of Butoxy Dithiocarbonate Acetic Ester as Lubricating Additives

  • 摘要: 合成了3个丁氧基二硫代碳酸-S-乙酸酯新型化合物,采用核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱和元素分析对添加剂分子结构进行了表征.同时采用热失重分析(TGA)对其热稳定性进行了评价,利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在液体石蜡中的摩擦学行为,并采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了钢球的磨损表面形态.结果表明:3种添加剂具有比ZDDP更好的抗磨性能和承载能力;其良好的抗磨和极压性能归因于含添加剂的液体石蜡在摩擦过程中发生摩擦化学反应,并生成了主要由FeSO4、FeS2及铁的氧化物等组成的边界膜.

     

    Abstract: Three novel butoxy dithiocarbonate acetic esters were synthesized and their molecular structures were determined by H1-NMR,13C-NMR, IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The thermal stability of the target products were also invested by thermogravimetric apparatus (TGA). The tribological behaviors of the novel compounds as lubricating additives in liquid paraffin were evaluated on a four-ball friction and wear tester, The worn steel surfaces were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The results showed that the three novel additives in the liquid paraffin exhibited excellent anti-wear, load-carrying capacities in base stock, which was better than that of ZDDP. The analytical results of the worn steel surface indicated the occurrance of tribochemical reaction and the excellent performance of novel additives due to the formation of a boundary film. The film was composed of ferror oxide, ferrous oxide and organic compound containing sulfur.
