The Pattern Recognition Method For Wear Mode of Diesel Engine Based on Rough Sets-Fuzzy Theory

  • 摘要: 在总结柴油机磨损模式的磨粒分析基础上,首次提出在柴油机磨损模式识别中采用基于粗集和模糊理论相结合的模式识别方法。在建立磨损形式标准样本库的基础上,利用粗集理论对标准样本知识库进行简化和权重集计算,然后利用模糊理论确定隶属函数,最后给出结论。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of wear particles of diesel engine, a pattern recognition method of the wear mode of diesel engine was originally put forth, by combining rough sets theory and fuzzy theory. Thus the knowledge representation system is reduced, the weight coefficients are calculated according to rough sets theory, then the membership function is chosen based on fuzzy theory, and finally some interested conclusions are given with respect to some examples. It has been found that the calculation concerning the pattern recognition of the wear modes of diesel engine is effectively simplified by adoption of rough sets theory, while the pattern recognition reliability of the wear modes is increased effectively by use of fuzzy theory.
