Abrasive Wear Working System and Abrasive Wear-Resistant Materials Database

  • 摘要: 从非平衡系统和不可逆过程热力学出发,基于体系同周围环境的联系与交互作用,研究了磨料磨损工作系统的开放性、复杂性和远离平衡态的特征;结合负熵流分析,揭示了材料磨料磨损过程不可逆的特点、不同性质总熵变,以及磨损工作状态特征、出现耗散结构的可能性及其主要结构形式;进而构筑了磨料磨损工作系统和具有多种功能的耐磨料磨损材料数据库,并分析了其特点.结果表明,所建立的数据库具有多方位查询和选材等多种功能.

     

    Abstract: The natures of openness, complexity, and far-from equilibrium of an abrasive wear working system were investigated making use of non-equilibrium system and thermodynamics of irreversible process, taking into account the relation and interaction between the abrasive wear system and the environment. In combination with the analysis of the negative entropy flow of the abrasive wear working system, the irreversibility, the total entropy changes of different natures corresponding to different wear conditions, and the possibility for the dissipative structures to appear and their main types were analyzed. This led to the establishment of the abrasive wear working system (AWWS) and abrasive wear resistant material database (AWRMD) of multiple functions. Moreover, the features and applicability of the abrasive wear resistant material database were discussed. It was found that the established database was capable of providing several routes for material searching and various ways for material selection.
