Study on the Tribological Behavior of Bushing-Crank Journal Rubbing Pair of Engine

  • 摘要: 介绍了为改善内燃机轴瓦-曲轴轴颈摩擦副摩擦学性能所研制的电刷镀Pb-Sn-Cu三元合金工艺和硫氮钒共渗新工艺,并研究了其摩擦学性能和配副性,试验结果与表面形貌分析结果表明,电刷镀Pb-Sn-Cu合金镀层能有效地提高轴瓦的疲劳强度,硫氮钒共渗层能明显地改善曲轴轴颈的 摩擦学性能,且两种强化具有优异的配副性。

     

    Abstract: Pb Sn Cu ternary alloy plating was prepared on the surface of Cu Pb alloy based bushing by brushing electroplating, while vanadium nitrogen sulfur coatings (coded as VNS coating) was prepared on the surface of crank journal by means of co permeation. The friction and wear behavior of the bushing crank journal pairs with and without surface modifying layers was examined respectively on four test rigs. The fatigue wear surface morphology of the bushes with brush electroplated and electroplated Pb Sn Cu ternary alloy coatings was observed with a scanning electron microscope. As the results, brushed Pb Sn Cu alloy coating effectively improves the fatigue resistance of the Cu Pb alloy based bushing, while the co permeated VNS coating obviously improves the tribological behavior of the crank journal. Moreover, the brush electroplated alloy coating and the co permeated VNS coating have good compatibility.
