The Base of Friction-Wear Tester Design I. The Classification and Properties Analysis of Friction-Wear Testers

  • 摘要: 本讲提出了一种按摩擦系统的结构和摩擦副的相对运动形式对摩擦磨损试验机进行分类的新方法(这种分类法将摩擦磨损试验机分为五大类),阐述了摩擦磨损试验的目的和摩擦磨损试验机为实现此目的所应有的基本系统,分析了基本系统中各组成单元的每个要素在摩擦磨损试验机中的特殊性,最后还就摩擦磨损试验机的发展方向作了简要的探讨。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced a new method of classifying fric" tion-wear testers by their structure and relative motion forms of friction pair, explained friction-wear testing aims and the essential system possessed by the testers to reach the aims, analysed the properties of every element of essential system's each composition unit in the friction-wear testers, and discussed the developing directions of the friction-wear testers.
