  • 摘要: 金属基自润滑复合材料是材料科学研究领域的一个重要发展方向,其以在特殊全用条件下具有优良的摩擦学特性而受到人们的广泛关注。为了促进这类复合材料的研究与应用的发 ,对国外某些金属基自润滑复合材料的开发与进展作了综合介绍与评述,重点阐述了其中部分材料的摩擦学特性,讨论了环境因素对材料摩擦学性能的影响,并且通过对目前某些金属基自润滑复合材料应用实例的论述,提出在今后研究与开发工作中应当重视的几个努力方向。

     

    Abstract: The metal matrix self lubricating composites(MMCS) as a group of high performance materials have caused great attention in the world due to their attractive tribological properties.Mainly reviews the current knowledge on the research and development of MMCS overseas,including the classification,fabrication methods,tribological properties,wear mechanisms and the effect of environment.The discussions on typical applications of some commercially available MMCS provide a some focal point of the work in the future research and applications.
