规则多孔铜基自润滑材料的干摩擦磨损性能

Dry Tribological Property of a New Self-lubricating Material Fabricated with Ordered Porous Copper

  • 摘要: 采用液态金属浸渗法制备了以规则多孔铜为基体,纯铅为润滑相的新型自润滑材料,利用MMU-5G高温端面摩擦磨损试验机测试了新型自润滑材料在不同载荷下的摩擦系数与磨损率,并借助SEM、EDS、XRD等表征手段分析了新型自润滑材料试样在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损机理.结果表明:新型自润滑材料的整体摩擦磨损性能优于同等铅含量的铸造铜铅合金;新型自润滑材料在载荷大于200 N时,摩擦系数小于0.08,磨损率仅为铸造铜铅合金的1/10~1/5;增大铅含量,能够进一步降低摩擦系数;随着试验载荷的增加,磨损机制从磨粒磨损转变为塑性变形和粘附作用.

     

    Abstract: A new type of self-lubricating material which is characterized by an ordered porous copper as matrix and a pure lead as lubricant phase is fabricated by liquid metal infiltration process. The friction coefficient and wear rate are measured on MMU-5G tribo-meter. The wear mechanism of the self-lubricating material is analyzed by using SEM, EDS and XRD. The results indicate the tribological properties of the self-lubricating material are better than that of the traditional mold cast Cu-Pb alloy with an equal amount of lead. The friction coefficient of the self-lubricating material was lower than 0.08 under load higher than 200 N (1 MPa), and the wear rate is about 1/10~1/5 of wear rate of the traditional mold casting Cu-Pb alloy. The friction coefficient can be reduced by increasing area fraction of Pb. The dominant wear mechanisms vary from abrasive wear to plastic deformation and adhesive wear with the increasing load.
