不同滑动干摩擦条件下钢/铁摩擦副的摩擦磨损性能与表面形貌特征研究

Investigation of Topographical Characteristics and Tribological Behavior of Compacted Graphite Iron in Sliding against 40Cr Steel under Different Dry Sliding Conditions

  • 摘要: 考察了不同滑动速度与接触压力条件下蠕墨铸铁的摩擦学性能及其三维表面形貌特征。结果表明:在与40Cr钢配副时,蠕墨铸铁的摩擦磨损性能与滑动速度和接触压力之积(pv值)呈现出良好的相关性;不同摩擦条件下的三维磨损表面形貌具有不同的特点,且主要表面形貌参数与pv值之间呈现出较好的相关性。

     

    Abstract: Investigations were made on the topographical features and tribological properties of compacted graphite irons in sliding against 40Cr steel at different dry sliding velocity and normal load. The results indicate that there are obvious topographical differences among the surfaces tested under varying sliding velocity and normal load. The friction and wear behavior of CG irons is closely related with the product of sliding velocity times normal load, so are the main topographical parameters with the product.
