  • 摘要: 化学跑合剂加速跑合过程已有一些文献报道,但在化学跑合对表面接触疲劳寿命的影响方面却还未见有关工作公开发表。因此,在总结齿轮跑合技术的基础上,借助于JP-BD1500型接触疲劳试验机,对用化学跑合剂跑合后的试件表面接触疲劳寿命进行了试验研究。并就化学跑合提高表面抗疲劳磨损能力的原因作了考察、分析与探讨,进而提出了试件表面的接触模型,在给定的试验条件下,较软试件表面用化学跑合剂跑合后的接触疲劳寿命比用

     

    Abstract: It has been reported that corrosive running agent can speed up the running-in process,but there are no research works published with regard to the influence of corrosive running-in onsurface contact fatigue life. Based on summarlzing gear running-in technology, the testinvestigation about surface contact fatigue life after running-in with corrosive running agent hasbeen done by using JP-BD 1500 contact fatigue machine, and the reasons for increasing ability ofantifatigue wear of surface has been discussed,and then proceed to make a surface contact model.Under test conditions, the contact fatigue life of softer surface used of corrosive running agent isincreased by 70.55%than using common running oil and by 35.01%than with abrasive gearrunning agent, and the contact fatigue life of the harder surface is incrcased by 39.21%than withcommon running oil.It is shown that surface roughness after running-in used of corrosive runningagent has desce nd largely,and some little plane has been formed between surface so that the realcontact arca in crease obviously and the loeal normal load decreases largely. These decreased anddelayed the fatigue crack propagation and so increase the ability of antifatigue-wear of surface.
