Study on Friction and Wear Properties of Cr_20_3 Coating under Oil Lubricated Condition

  • 摘要: 作者利用环-块试验机研究了氧化铬(Cr_2O_3)涂层在含添加剂的油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能,发现油酸乙二醇酯具有良好的减摩效果,但没有抗磨性;硫化异丁烯没有减摩抗磨作用;磷酸三丁酯没有减摩效果,但具有明显的抗磨作用。磨损表面的形貌和组成分析结果表明,磷酸三丁酯的抗磨性可归因于摩擦化学反应膜的形成,而硫化异丁烯没有抗磨性,这应归因于它(及其分解产物)与Cr_2O_3涂层之间不存在摩擦化学反应。

     

    Abstract: The friction and wear properties of Cr2O3 coating lubricated by oils and additives were studied using a block-on-ring tester. As a result, compared with liquid paraffin , glycol oleate has the good friction-reducing effect but tributyl phosphate and sulphurized olefin do not, tributyl phosphate has significant wear-reducing function but not with glycol oleate and sulphurized olefin. The analytical results of profiles and chemical composition of worn surfaces indicate that the wear resistance of tributyl phosphate is due to the formation of tribochemical reaction films on the rubbing surface and no wear-reducing action of sulphurized olefin is due to lacking tribochemical reaction between Cr2O3 coating and sulphurial olefin or its decomposed products.
