Current State of Tribological Application and Research of Mo Compounds as Lubricating Materials

  • 摘要: 对二硫化钼在粘结固体的润滑膜,塑料基及其它复合材料和润滑油脂中的摩擦学应用与研究现状进行了综述;与二硫化钼对比分析了几种油溶性有机化合物作为润滑油脂添加剂的摩擦学性能,产简要介绍了新型含钼润滑材料-硫代钼酸盐及有机物修饰的纳米二硫化钼的摩擦学应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The current state of the tribological application and research of molybdenum disulfide in bonded film, plastic based and metal based composites, and lubricating oils and greases is briefed. The tribological behaviors of several oil soluble organic molybdenum compounds as lubricating oil/grease additives are introduced as compared with MoS 2. The promising tribological application of MoS 2 nanoparticles capped with some organic compounds is highlighted.
