微造型表面上气穴发生机理初步研究

Preliminary Study on Mechanism for Occurrence of Cavitation on a Textured Surface

  • 摘要: 利用扩展的气穴方程初步研究了微造型表面上气穴发生的机理。使用连续卷积快速傅里叶变换(CC-FFT)求解表面的弹性变形,同时验证计算程序的有效性。数值结果表明:气穴易在微造型的几何形状发散处发生;气穴的发生与微造型的幅值和位置密切相关。较大的流场长宽比会使气穴区宽度增加;气穴化的面积会随着微造型幅值的增大而减小,但最终趋于稳定值。

     

    Abstract: Occurrence mechanism of cavitation on lubricated textured surfaces was investigated preliminarily based on an expanded cavitation equation. In order to analyze the mechanism, the continuous convolution Fast Fourier Transform (CC-FFT) technology is used for calculating the surface deformation. Meanwhile, the computation code for cavitation analysis is validated. Numerical results reveal that the cavitation occurs easily at the disvergence of the dimple and the occurrence is close to the dimple amplitude and its position. The bigger the length-width ratio of fluid field, the wider the cavitation region bandwidth. With an increase in the dimple amplitude, the cavitated area will increase and then approach a stable value.
