Effect of Aging Treatment on Mechanical and Sliding Wear Properties of Dilute Solute Cu-Cr-Zr Alloy Under Electric Current

  • 摘要: 在销-盘式摩控擦磨损试验机上进行了Cu-Zr-Zr合金的电滑动摩擦磨损试验,考察了时效处理对其力学和电磨损性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损表面进行观察分析,结果表明:Cu-Cr-Zr合金的损随时效温度的升高逐渐降低,在500℃时达到最低值;随着时效温度的进一步升高,磨损率又开始增大,在电流作用下,合金的磨损机制主要有粘着磨损、磨粒磨损与电侵蚀磨损,在相同的摩擦磨损试验条件下,Cu-Cr-Zr合金的耐磨损性能明显优于Cu-Ag合金。
