Tribological Properties of WS2 Film /Liquid Lubricants Composite Lubrication System

  • 摘要: 采用射频溅射技术制备了WS2薄膜,考察了WS2/全氟聚醚(815Z)和WS2/聚烯烃取代环戊烷(P201)两种固/液复合润滑体系的真空摩擦学性能.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、三维表面轮廓仪对磨损表面的微观形貌进行了分析,采用X射线能量色散谱(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了磨损表面元素的组成和化学状态.探讨了两种固/液复合润滑体系的摩擦磨损特性和失效机理.结果表明:WS2/815Z复合润滑体系中,二者相容性较差,摩擦系数较高、波动较大,且表现出较高的磨损率;WS2薄膜与P201的相容性较好,组成的复合润滑体系表现出较低且平稳的摩擦系数和较低的磨损率,具有良好的协同效应.

     

    Abstract: The tribological properties of WS2 film/ perfluoropolyether (815Z) and WS2/ poly-α-olefin substituted cyclopentane (P201) composite lubrication systems were investigated by a vacuum ball-on-disk tribometer. The morphology, element composition and chemical state of the worn surfaces were examined by scanning electron microscopy, Micro-XAM 3D profilometer, energy dispersive spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The friction and wear mechanisms of the composite systems were also studied. It can be found that P201 showed the synergistic effect with the WS2 film, comparing with the poor compatibility of 815Z with the WS2 film. As a result, WS2/815Z lubrication system exhibited fluctuant friction coefficient and high wear rate,while WS2/P201 lubrication system had steady and low friction coefficient, and long lubrication life.
