Application and Progress of Numerical Methods in Analysis of Fretting Fatigue

  • 摘要: 对近年来数值方法在微动疲劳机理研究中的应用进展进行了评述,概述了微动疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展的机理,指出接触区域的应力分布对微动疲劳性能起决定作用,详细介绍了目前接触问题的各种数值计算方法,分析了当前微动疲劳区域应力场计算的问题和难点。

     

    Abstract: The application and progress of numerical methods in the analysis of fretting fatigue mechanism in recent years are reviewed. The initiation and propagation features of cracks in fretting fatigue, in which the stress distribution on the contact regions plays a decisive part, are summarized briefly and the various numerical methods for analysis of contact problems are introduced in detail. The present problems and difficulties in the stress analysis of fretting fatigue region are discussed. The numerical method needs to be further developed to promote the research of fretting fatigue mechanism in theory and application.
