氯化橡胶涂层冲蚀磨损行为的研究

Slurry Erosion Wear Behaviors of Chlorinated Rubber Paint

  • 摘要: 针对含有海砂的海水环境, 研究了氯化橡胶涂层在不同冲击角度、不同海砂浓度的环境中的冲蚀磨损行为 及机理。结果表明: 在含砂的海水环境中, 氯化橡胶涂层的最大冲蚀磨损量发生在冲蚀角度为67.5°, 最小冲蚀磨损 量发生在冲蚀角度为22.5°; 在不同冲蚀角度下, 冲蚀磨损量均随着海砂浓度的增加而增加; 低角度冲蚀磨损时, 涂 层的破坏形式主要以切削和犁削为主, 高角度下, 涂层的破坏形式则以变形与凿击为主。

     

    Abstract: This paper was aiming at studying the erosion wear behaviors and mechanism of chlorinated rubber paint in seawater of different angles of impingement and sea sand concentration. The results show that the maximum erosion wear of chlorinated rubber paint occurred at impingement angle of 67.5°,while the minimum erosion wear of its happened at impingement angle of 22.5°。And the erosion wear in different angles of impingement were increasing gradually with the increase of sand concentration. And the damage form of chlorinated rubber paint were mainly composed of cutting and plough at the low angles of impingement, while at high angles of impingement, the damage form of its were mainly composed of deformation and gouge.
