  • 摘要: 利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了一种含硫和磷的苯并三氮唑衍生物 BDDP作为菜籽油添加剂的摩擦学性能 ,在热重分析仪上考察了其热稳定性能 ,并通过钢球磨损表面的 X射线光电子能谱分析探讨了其在菜籽油中的减摩抗磨和极压作用机理 .结果表明 ,所合成的添加剂具有较高的热稳定性和很高的承载能力 ,可以明显改善菜籽油的抗磨性能 ,是一种潜在的可生物降解润滑油添加剂

     

    Abstract: A derivative of benzotriazole containing sulfur and phosphorous was synthesized. The thermal stability of the synthetic derivative was examined with thermogravimetric analysis. The tribological behavior of the derivative as an additive in rapeseed oil was investigated with a four ball machine. The action mechanism of the derivative as an additive in the rapeseed oil was discussed based on X ray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis of the worn surface of the steel ball. As the results, the derivative has fair thermal stability. It as an additive in the rapeseed oil shows excellent load carrying capacity and friction reducing and antiwear ability to some extent. The improved tribological behavior of the base stock in the presence of the derivative as an additive is mainly attributed to the tribochemical action of the active S and P in the additive molecules with the lubricated steel surface. The derivative is a kind of potential environmentally friendly lubricating additive.
