用峰结构函数表征磨损表面形貌的变化过程

An Effective Method for Characterizing Worn Surface Topogrphy by Peak Structure Function

  • 摘要: 利用复位测量技术对工件在磨损过程中进行跟踪复位测量,精确地测定出工件线磨损量的变化,并且作出了结构函数的变化曲线.大量的实验数据证明,用峰结构函数表征磨损表面形貌的变化过程,比目前所用其它各种参数更有效、更准确,而且即使不用复位测量方法,峰结构函数也能够准确地表征磨损状态,故其对于润滑剂研究、材料研究和工艺学研究等都具有比较好的实用意义.

     

    Abstract: In the process of wear, the linear wear loss and structure function of workpiece surface profilles were determined by means of relocation measuring. It is showed that peak structure function is more effective and accurate to characterize variations of worn surface topography even if the relocation measurement is not applied. The peak structure function is of the good practicability for lubricant and technology research.
