Study on Friction and Wear Properties of Several Ni-based Alloys in Sliding against Co-WC at Elevated Temperature

  • 摘要: 利用热压烧结工艺制备了 Ni- Cr和 Ni- Cr- S合金 ,分析了其显微组织 ,并考察了 2种镍基合金在室温至 60 0℃范围内同 Co- WC对摩时的摩擦学性能 .研究结果表明 :Ni- Cr合金的显微组织比较均匀 ,Ni- Cr- S合金的组织由 Ni( Cr)固溶体基体和树枝状的铬的硫化物构成 ;Ni- Cr合金在室温时的磨损机理为磨粒磨损 ,而在高温下以粘着磨损和塑性变形为主 ;Ni- Cr- S合金与 Co- WC摩擦副的耐磨性能得以改善的原因在于铬的硫化物可有效地降低偶件之间的粘着
