Study on the Friction and Wear Behavior of a High-Speed Steel Tap in Tapping of Nickel-Based High-Temperature Alloy

  • 摘要: 用高速钢W9制备了切削锥角为7°30′的M6修正齿丝锥和标准丝锥,并用其对Ni基高温合金GH4169进行攻丝试验;采用扫描电子显微镜和显微硬度计测定了攻丝后丝锥顶后刀面的表面形貌及试件底孔截面各层硬度.结果表明,标准丝锥对GH4169攻丝的摩擦扭矩占总扭矩的45%,其顶后刀面及侧后刀面沿切削速度方向出现严重的磨损沟和粘着物,这主要归因于GH4169中的硬质点和严重的加工硬化;同标准丝锥相比,修正齿丝锥的摩擦扭矩减小65%,且磨损显著减轻,这是由于其独特的渐成法成形有利于减小刀齿与被切螺纹侧面间的摩擦接触面积及被切螺纹因大弹性变形而夹住丝锥齿的可能性所致.
