润滑脂性能对RV减速机疲劳寿命的影响

Influence of Grease on the Fatigue Life of RV Reducer

  • 摘要: 通过2款润滑脂润滑的RV减速机疲劳试验,研究了润滑脂的化学稳定性、结构稳定性和摩擦学特性对RV减速机疲劳寿命的影响. 结果表明:良好的化学稳定性和结构稳定性有利于维持润滑脂黏度和稠度,从而保证润滑脂具有良好的粘附能力和油膜强度;良好的摩擦学性能有利于降低RV减速机的疲劳磨损,从而提高RV减速机的疲劳寿命. 采用自行研制的RV减速机疲劳寿命台架试验能够较好地评价润滑脂的各项性能. 研究结果可为工业机器人精密减速机润滑设计和运行状态监控提供基础.

     

    Abstract: Two RV reducer fatigue test benches lubricated by two different greases were used to study the influence of greases on the fatigue life of RV reducer. The results showed that excellent chemical and structure stability of greases were beneficial to retain consistency and viscosity of greases after prolonged working, which played an important role in frictional properties of greases; excellent frictional properties of greases could reduce wear and extend the fatigue life of RV reducer. The study results had great significance to the lubrication design and the monitoring of operation status in industrial robots.
